摘　　要：上海是国内探索城乡一体化发展最早的城市之一,"十一五"以来,推进城乡一体化的新经验主要体现在四个方面:一是产业强镇促转型,确立了产城融合的发展理念;二是多管齐下促增收,大力提高农民的工资性收入、经营性收入和财产性收入;三是产权改革探新路,大力探索"两个流转、一个置换、一个推进";四是基本公共服务均等化谱新篇,社会事业和社会保险日益完善。Shanghai is among the first group of development, since ＂Eleventh Five--Year＂, the new experience to promote the integration of urban and rural areas is mainly reflected in four aspects： First, the industryempowered town, establishing the city＇s development principle of promoting industry.
