摘 要:使用氟离子选择性电极测定含单氟磷酸钠型牙膏中总氟含量的分析测定方法,探讨了TI-SAB溶液作为金属离子掩蔽剂和OH-离子的pH调节剂对氟离子选择电极测定牙膏氟含量的影响.研究结果表明加入少量HCl酸化试液,控制TISAB的用量在2~3 mL,调节溶液的pH值为7时,测定氟的回收率为98.95%~102.42%,RSD<2.0%.该分析方法的准确度、重现性、线形关系、稳定性均能达到科研和生产的要求,操作简便,此方法能作为单氟磷酸钠型牙膏中氟离子含量测定的有效方法.This paper studies the use of fluorine ion selective electrode determination including single fluorine sodium phosphate type toothpaste in total fluoride content determination methods, and probes into the effect of TISAB solution as metal ion masking agent and OH- ions pH regulator to fluorine ion selective electrode on the determination of fluorine in toothpaste. The results of the study show that adding a small amount of HC1 acid test solution, controlling the dosage of TISAB in 2 - 3 ml, and adjusting pH value of solution at 7, the determination of fluorine recovery is 98.95% -102.42% and RSD 〈 2.0%. The accuracy, repeatability, linear relationship and stability of the analysis method all can reach the requirements of the scientific research and production. This method can be used as a single fluorine sodium phosphate type toothpaste in the fluorine ion content determination of the effective methods.
