摘　　要：水凝胶贴剂具有载药量高,剂量准确,贴敷性和保湿性好,无致敏性与刺激性,使用方便、舒适等优点,被认为是一种极具市场潜力的新型透皮给药制剂。本文就水凝胶贴剂的基质组成、分类、基质配方、制备工艺、质量评价标准、释放性能、生产设备等7个方面进行了综述,并就其存在的问题做初步探讨。Hydrogel patch has various advantages such as high drug load,accurate dosage,good adhesion and moisture retention,non sensitization and irritation,easy application and comfort,etc.So it is considered as a potential transdermal drug delivery system.In this paper,composition of matrix,classification,base prescription,preparation process,quality evaluation criteria,release performance and production equipment are summarized.Problems existed in the research of hydrogel patches are also discussed.
