运城市经济适用房发展现状调查研究

摘　　要：经济适用房关乎经济发展与社会稳定,国家给予了前所未有的关注。我们采用实地考察法、文献资料法、问卷调查法等,以运城市四季绿城经济适用房小区为研究对象,就经济适用房的用途、房价、户型等现状进行分析,得出运城市经济适用房用途混乱、房价偏高、户型分配不合理等问题。并据此提出相应的建议:成本透明化,合理控制房价;规范经济适用房用途;控制户型标准,改进分配制度;科学选址,降低生活成本等。以期对运城市经济适用房的发展有所帮助。Chinese government has given unprecedented attentions which is closely related to economic development and social stability. B to the affordable housing development y taking the methods of field investiga- tion, literature review, questionnaires, this paper makes a study of the functions, house prices and house style of the affordable houses in the residential community of Four Seasons Greentown in Yuncheng city. The results show that the main problems are： the chaotic house functions, the high house prices, and the unreasonable house distribution. In order to solve the existing problems, Yuncheng government should take some correspond- ing methods such as making the construction cost clear, controlling the price of affordable housing, regulating the affordable housing functions, controlling the room style, improving the distribution system, scientific and reducing the cost of living. These methods are necessary for the development able housing and will promote the development of the affordable housing in Yuncheng.
