摘 要:为了提高涂层钛阳极(DSA)的导电性能,改善电化学催化性能,使其外层仍保持Ti的耐腐蚀性和电化学性能,从基体材料的组成结构入手,提出了以铝为内心,外层由钛包覆的层状复合电极材料。并根据材料复合技术理论,采用真空上引吸铸工艺,成功制得了理想的DSA层状复合材料。在铝液温度为780℃,模具温度为250℃时,界面结合良好。所制得的Ti/Al复合材料可以很好的改善电极的导电性能、催化性能,同时保持原有的耐腐蚀特性。In order to improve electrical conductivity and electrocatalytic ability of dimensionally stable anodes (DSA) with titanium coating as an external sheath, starting with studying the microstructure of matrix material, a model of composite electrode materials in which aluminium is contained in the inner layer and titanium lies in the exterior of surface were put forward. And in accordance with the theory of composite materials technology, the DSA layered composite materials is synthesized successfully using vacuum up-extracting casting process. A new composite electrode material with good interracial bonding can be obtained at aluminum liquid temperature of 780℃ and mold temperature of 250℃. Prepared Ti/Al composites can be good to improve the electrical properties and catalytic performance of the electrode, maintain the original corrosion resistance.
