摘　　要：在了解房产面积测算的术语和一般规定的基础上,对共有建筑面积分摊的计算模型进行了分析,并以某多功能综合楼为例,对简易面积测算方法的实施进行了研究,对参与房地产市场活动的各个主体具有一定参考价值。Based on understanding the terminology and general provisions of real estate size measurement, the paper analyzed the caleulation model of total construction area assessment, and taking comprehensive muhifunetional building as an example, studied the implementation of simple size measurement method, had eertain reference value for eaeh subject in real estate market activities.
