摘  要:目的探讨血管壁回声跟踪(ET)技术评价阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者颈动脉弹性功能的应用价值。方法 OSAS组60例,其中轻、中、重度组各20例,对照组20例,应用ET技术对颈动脉血流动力学进行量化分析,评估动脉硬化参数,包括压力应变弹性系数(E_ρ)、僵硬度(β)、动脉顺应性(AC)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)、血管收缩期内径(Ds)及舒张期内径(Dd)。结果β、E_ρ及PWVβ值:OSAS中、重度组均高于对照组及OSAS轻度组;AC值:OSAS中、重度组低于对照组及OSAS轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ds和Dd值:各组间测值均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 ET可早期检测CSAS患者颈动脉弹性功能改变。Objective To explore the value of E-tracking (ET) technology in evaluating carotid artery elasticity function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods Sixty OSAS patients (dividing into mild, moderate, and severe groups, twenty patients for each group) and twenty persons (the control group) were included. Quantitative analysis was made on hemodynamics of carotid artery by ET to evaluate the blood vessel elastic modulus, including pressure-strain elastic modulus (Ed), stiffness parameters (β), arterial compliance ( AC), pulse wave velocity(PWVβ), internal systolic diameter(Ds) and internal diastolic diameter (Dd). Results 9, Ep and PWVβ were higher in moderate and severe than those in mild OSAS patients and the control group (P〈0.05). AC were low er in moderate and severe than those in mild OSAS patients and the control group (P〈0.05). There was no difference of Ds and Dd in all groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Changes of carotid artery elasticity in OSAS patients can be early detected by ET.
