个性化运动处方在糖尿病腹腔镜胃转流术后患者肠功能恢复中应用的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化运动处方在糖尿病腹腔镜胃转流术后患者肠功能恢复中应用的效果。方法方便性抽样选择2010年6月至2012年6月广州军区武汉总医院普通外科收治的2型糖尿病患者83例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(42例)和对照组(41例),对照组术后采用传统护理方法;观察组术后采取个性法运动处方。观察两组患者术后肠功能恢复情况及护理服务满意度。结果观察组患者术后24～48h的胃液量、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、静脉输液时间及患者住院时间均低于对照组,护理服务满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病腹腔镜胃转流术后患者采取个性化运动处方,可促进患者早日康复,提高患者满意度,是一种促进患者肠功能尽快恢复的有效、简便、安全的护理措施,值得进一步研究推广。Objective To explore the application effect of the personalized exercise prescription on intestinal function recovery in patients after diabetes laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery. Methods From June 2010 to June 2012, 83 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observational group （n=42） and control group （n=41）. The traditional methods of care were applied in the control group, while the personalized exercise prescription was applied in the observational group. The situation of postoperative bowel function recovery and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The 24-4 sounds, the first passage of flat group were significantly less tha observational group were signifi personalized exercise prescriptio： laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery to restore bowel function ,promote the patients＇ recovery and improve the patients satisfaction, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
