“2+1”人才培养模式下高职院校文秘教师实践创新能力研究

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济与科技的发展,当今社会对所需人才的综合实践素质要求越来越高,文秘专业的大学生除了要具有文秘专业的系统理论知识外,还必须具有较强的动手技能和实践创新能力。高职高专院校文秘专业人才培养的目标是直接服务于生产、建设、管理一线的高素质的复合型人才。文秘教师的实践创新能力是实现这一人才培养目标的关键。试结合鸡西大学"2+1"人才培养模式,探讨如何提高文秘教师的实践创新能力。The goal of secretarial professional training is to directly serve the production, management operation, so it is in- evitable for higher vocational college to offer high quality teaching service. Innovation ability for secretarial teachers is the key to realize the teaching target. The paper discusses how to improve teachers＇ ability in practice and innovation combined with the ＂2 ＋ 1 ＂talent training model and put forward some suggestions on how to operate the ＂2 ＋ 1＂ talent training model.
