血竭胶囊联合小剂量阿司匹林预防肿瘤患者静脉置管后血栓形成的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血竭胶囊配合小剂量阿斯匹林对肿瘤患者静脉置管后血栓形成的预防作用。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月～2011年10月入住河南省肿瘤医院的800例深静脉置管的肿瘤患者,研究组432例和对照组368例,研究组自置管之日起,给血竭胶囊2粒,1日3次;阿司匹林100 mg,睡前1次口服。同时加用奥美拉唑20 mg,1日2次口服,对照组仅给予常规的阿司匹林和奥美拉唑。采用独立样本t检验方法比较两组出现深静脉血栓形成例数,检验水准α=0.05,P<0.05表示有统计学差异。结果:深静脉血栓形成的发生率对照组显著高于研究组(7.6%VS 0.7%,P=0.00),差异有统计学意义。结论:血竭胶囊联合阿司匹林可以降低肿瘤置管化疗患者深静脉血栓发生率,且不良反应小,价格便宜,值得临床上推广应用。Objective：To explore the proventive effect for thrmbopoiesis of Xuejie capsule and low dose aspirin used together in cancer patients after inserting a vein catheter. Methods： Eight hundred cases of deep venous catheterization in patients who are suffer- ing with cancer from January 2011 to October 2011 staying at Henan Cancer Hospital were recruited into the study by retrospective anal- ysis. They were devided into experiment group（432 patients） and controlled group（ 368 patients）. Patients in experiment group began to take drugs as soon as put the catheter, two Xuejie capsules, three times one day, aspirin 100mg, once before sleeping, omeprazole 20mg, twice one day, po. As control, the controlled group took only aspirin and omeprazole as usual. To compare the respectively number of deep venous thrombosis cases by independent samples t test, the inspection level a= 0.05, p 〈 0.05 means that there was significant difference. Results： The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the control group was significantly highly than the experimental group （7.6% vs 0.7%, p = 0.00） and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions： Xuejie capsule in combination with aspirin can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in cancer patients with catheter undergoing chemotherapy, and cheap, so, worthy of clinical application, considering that the adverse reaction is small.
