摘  要:目的 :观察正常人和冠心病患者体内血小板活化状态并探讨其临床意义。方法 :用流式细胞术 (FCM ) ,以单克隆抗体为探针 ,对 113例冠心病患者及 37例健康人血小板活化标记物CD63、CD62P、凝血酶敏感蛋白 (TSD)进行了检测。结果 :患者组 3种血小板活化标志物阳性表达率均高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :用FCM作为活化血小板的检测手段 ,结果准确 ,特异性和灵敏度高 ,可反映单个或亚群血小板质膜上活化抗原的变化 。Objective:To evaluate the status of in vivo platelet activation in normal subjects and patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Platelet activation markers including membrane glycoproteins of CD 63 ,CD 62P and thrombospondin were fluorescencelabled with their corresponding monoclonal antibodies and analyzed flowcytometrically.Results:The expression of the three glycoproteins measured were significantly stronger in 113 patients with CHD than in the 37 normal subjects.A trend of increasing expression of the glycoproteins was observed in relation to the severity of the disease,but did not reach significant level.Conclusion:Flow cytometric measurement of in vivo platelet activation,characterized by its rapidity,reliability,high sensitivity and specificity,is of value in evaluation of in vivo platelet functions in patients with CHD and is able to provide useful data for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
