摘　　要：配电系统节电器是一种带有铁芯和多绕组的特殊接线的自耦变压器,串联于电力用户10 kV配电测,通过三相磁平衡技术,使三相输出的电压、电流趋于平衡和稳定,降低谐波对用电设备造成的额外损耗,提高电网电能质量,达到综合节电的目的。The Power Saver for Electric Distribution System is a special connection with the core and winding autotransformer, connected in series with the power user 10 kV distribution measured, by the three-phase magnetic balance technique to make equilibrium and stability for the three-phase output vohage and current, reduce harmonics caused the additional loss for electrical equipment, improve the power quality, to achieve comprehensive power-saving purpose.
