肿胀麻醉抽吸法治疗注射美容术后面部畸形

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射美容术后面部畸形的治疗方法。方法:对5例注射美容术后面部畸形的患者进行治疗,在畸形部位注入肿胀液,选择隐蔽切口进行负压吸引。结果:5例患者的畸形部位均可吸出注射物,术后面部形态改善。随访6个月以上,局部肿胀消失,外形恢复正常。结论:注射美容术后面部畸形可以采用肿胀麻醉吸引法进行治疗,效果良好。Objective To explore the therapy for the facial deformity after aesthetic injection. Methods 5 cases with facial deformity caused by aesthetic injection were treated. The tumescent anesthesia and suction was performed on the affected area. Results The injected material could be sucked out. Facial contour improved after operation. The average follow up was 6 months. The swelling retreated and the normal shape restored. Conclusion Facial deformity caused by aesthetic injection could be well resolved by suction with tumescent anesthesia.
