三黄液联合芦荟汁预防放射性皮炎50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三黄液联合芦荟汁预防放射性皮炎的效果。方法:将94例接受放疗的肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组44例,治疗组放疗部位使用三黄液联合芦荟汁外涂,对照组放疗部位进行常规护理,观察两组患者放射性皮炎发生的情况。结果:治疗组放射性皮炎的程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用三黄液与芦荟汁外涂的方法可以有效预防肿瘤患者在放疗期间出现放射性皮炎。Objective： To observe the prevention effect of Sanhnang decoction with aloe leaf juice on radiodermatitis. Methods： 94 patients with tumors that were treated by radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （44 cases）; the patients in treatment group were treated with Sanhuang decoction and aloe leaf juice, and pa- tients in the control group were given usual care; the occurrence of radiodermatitis was observed. Results： The state of radio- dermatitis of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sanhuang decoction with aloe leaf juice can provide prevention effect on radiodermatitis for patients with tumors accepting radiotherapy.
