摘 要:目的在护理心理教学中引入社区实践教学,提高护理本科生的综合能力。方法在2010级本科护理学生(护生)随机抽取200人,分为实验组和对照组,每组100人,实验组在护理心理教学中开展社区护理实践,对照组采用传统理论授课,通过问卷调查和综合成绩考核进行教学效果分析。结果实验组学生综合考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),问卷结果表明实验组学生认为社区实践有利于提高自己的综合能力。结论在护理心理教学中开展社区实践教学,能提高学生表达与沟通能力、分析与解决问题能力、协调与合作能力和创新能力。Objective Community practice was applied in nursing psychology teaching,and its effects on improving compre-hensive abilities of nurse undergraduates were discussed. Methods Totally 200 nurse undergraduates of Grade 2010 were ran-domly divided into trial group and control group,with 100 in each group. The community practice teaching was applied in the trial group, and the conventional teaching method was used in the control group. The effects of the two methods were estimated by ques-tionnaires and synthesized exam. Results The academic performance of students in the trial group was obviously higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The questionnaires showed that the students in the trial group agreed that the community practice can improve their comprehensive abilities. Conclusion In the nursing psychology teaching, community practice can increase of students' expression and communication abilities, analysis and solving question ability, thus improve their harmony, cooperation and innovation abilities.
