摘　　要：座环是水轮机埋入部分中导流的重要部件,其开口尺寸和固定导叶的位置和角度将会对机组的效率和稳定性产生一定的影响。主要介绍了向家坝座环的结构及厂内装焊制造工艺特点,为以后制造相同结构的座环和大容量机组座环的焊接变形及尺寸控制提供了宝贵经验。The stay ring is important component for guiding water flow in the flooded part of hydraulic turbine, whose opening dimension and guide vane position would influence efficiency and stability of the unit. This paper chiefly introduces the structural features and technological characteristics of factory assembling and welding and provides welding deformation and dimension control experiences to manufacture stay ring with same structure and stay ring of large capacity u- nits in the future.
