摘 要:为了能够更加客观、准确地评价出一台二手车的成新率,除技术鉴定评估外,还应对一些感性部件进行理性评价,如二手车外观和内饰部件,这样才能真实地评价出一台二手车的价值.通过市场调研确定消费者所关注的感性部件及其对应的缺陷属性;接下来创造性地运用新产品设计时所采用的语义差异法,理性评价二手车外观和内饰等感性部件的成新率;最后建立了二手车外观、内饰成新率的评价模型,此模型具有良好的可操作性和准确评价的科学性,能够准确、快速地确定出二手车感性部件的成新率.In order to evaluate the residual value rate of the used car more accurately, in addition to technical inspection, it is necessarily to evaluate the perceptual parts of the used car, such as the exterior and interi- or parts, so that the actual value of the used car could be estimated precisely and reasonably. In this paper, con- ducting marketing research firstly to get the perceptual parts and their defect attributes that customer concerned; then using the Semantic Differential Method used by new products design usually to appraise the exterior and in- terior parts of the used car; finally building the appraisal models of exterior and interior parts. The model is sci- entific and easy to operate, so that it could evaluate the residual value rate of used car' s perceptual parts accu- rately and conveniently.
