摘 要:破冰除雪凹盘是山友公司系列除雪机所采用的关键部件,在工作过程中受到压实冰雪和路面的作用力,其刃口特别容易磨损变形,导致工作效率降低.传统的设计方法是通过对不同刃口角度的凹盘试验,选取受力变形较小的刃口角度,这样既浪费试制成本又延长研制周期.采用ANSYS 11.0软件对破冰除雪凹盘的刃口静强度进行了有限元分析,得出不同刃口角度在相同条件下的应力和应变分布图,通过分析受力大小择优选取刃口角度,为破冰除雪凹盘的设计提供了参考依据.Ice - breaking and snow removal disk is the key component of snow removal machine which is made by Shanyou company. In the disk' s working, it is by the force of compacted snow and ice and the pave- ment, its cutting edge especially easy to be worn, leading to low efficiency of work. The traditional design meth- od is trial - manufacture and test to all disks with different cutting edge angle, and select a angle which get smal- ler stress and deformation, which not only wastes trial costs but also extends development cycle. Therefore, using ANSYS 11.0 software execute finite dement analysis of static strength on the cutting edge of the ice - breaking and snow removal disk, draw stress contours of different cutting edge angle under the same conditions. Through the analysis of specific force size a cutting edge angle was selected, and a reference for ice - breaking and snow removal disk design was provide.
