摘  要:目的研究富硒胶囊对酒精性肝损害小鼠的保护作用。方法将50只健康昆明种小鼠(均为雄性)随机分为空白对照组,白酒对照组和硒低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。空白对照组和白酒对照组饮用自来水;其他各组分别饮自由溶于水的不同剂量富硒胶囊的硒溶液。第30天时对小鼠进行空腹白酒灌胃实验,16 h后处死小鼠,然后测定肝匀浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、丙二醛,血谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶含量。结果与空白对照组相比,白酒对照组AST、ALT明显升高。与白酒对照组相比,高剂量硒组AST、MDA下降明显。与空白对照组相比,白酒对照组MDA明显升高,GDH-Px活力下降。结论白酒可造成肝组织酶异常,但对于酒精性肝损害小鼠,高剂量硒可起到保护作用,低、中剂量硒对其影响尚需进一步研究。Objective It is to study the protective effects of Se capsule on alcohol liver injury in rats. Methods 50 healthy rats were divided into five groups randomly with 10 rats in each group: normal control groups, alcohol control groups and low, middle, high dose Se capsule groups. Normal control group and alcohol model control group were given running water, other groups were given solution containing different dose Se capsule. The mice were given alcohol intragastric administration after thirty days and executed after sixteen hours. Biochemical indicators including AST, ALT, the activity of GSH -PX and con- tent of MDA in mice liver tissue were measured. Results Compared with normal control group, ALT, AST increased signifi- cantly in alcohol control group. Compared with alcohol control group, AST, MDA decreased significantly in high dose Se cap- sule group. Compared with normal control group, MDA in alcohol control group increased significantly and GSH - PX de- creased significantly. Conclusion Drinking alcohol can induce abnormal enzyme of liver tissue. High dose Se capsule can pro- tect acute alcohol liver damage significantly, but the effects of low and middle dose Se capsule must be researched further.
