网膜素-1水平与代谢综合征并冠心病的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆网膜素-1(omentin-1)水平与代谢综合征并冠心病的相关性。方法 200例代谢综合征患者根据是否合并冠心病分为合并冠心病组83例,无冠心病组117例,采用ELISA法检测2组血浆omentin-1水平并进行比较分析。结果合并冠心病组血浆omentin-1水平(10.18±3.27)ng/mL明显低于无冠心病组(19.43±5.18)ng/mL(P<0.01);多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,低血浆omentin-1水平与代谢综合征患者合并冠心病存在独立相关性(OR=1.494,95%CI为1.212～2.775)(P<0.01)。结论低omentin-1水平是代谢综合征患者罹患冠心病的独立危险因子,可能成为预测代谢综合征合并冠心病患者风险的指标之一。Objective To analyze the correlation of plasma omentin-1 level with the presence of coronary heart disease （CHD） in patients with metabolic syndrome （MS）. Methods A total of 200 MS patients were divided into patients with CHD （CHD group, n=83） and patients without CHD （control group, n=117）. Plasma omentin-1 level was detected by using ELISA. Results Plasma omentin-1 level was significantly lower in CHD group （10.18±＋-3.27） ng/mL than that in control group （（19.43±5. 18） ng/mL） （P〈0.01）. Multivariate Zogistic regression analysis demonstrated that lower plasma omentin 1 level was independently correlated with CHD in MS patients （OR： 1. 494, 95%CI： 1. 212 to 2. 775, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Lower plasma omentin 1 level is an independent factor of the occurrence of CHD in MS patients. The detection of plasma omentin-1 level might be a useful method for predicting the occurrence of CHD in MS patients.
