摘　　要：氯硝柳胺是WHO指定的唯一化学灭螺药物,在灭螺方面有着大量的应用,其所带来的环境问题和生物毒性问题逐渐引起人们的关注。本文主要以氯硝柳胺的毒理学安全性评价的各个阶段为基础,结合国内外对氯硝柳胺毒理学研究进行综述,为氯硝柳胺的实际应用提供参考和依据。Niclosamide, as the only molluscicide recommended by WHO, has been widely applied for control of On- comelania hupensis snails in the endemic loci of schistosomiasis in China. The toxicity and environmental pollution have re- ceived much attention. This article is composed on the basis of the assessments on different phases of Niclosamide＇s toxicological reliability. It is also an overview both at home and abroad of the studies on this item, meanwhile, a provision of reference for the practical application of Niclosamide.
