摘　　要：低温常见于严重创伤患者,与酸中毒、凝血功能障碍一并被视为创伤患者的"致命三联征",增加患者的死亡率。但近年来有研究表明,低温在心跳骤停和创伤患者的救治,以及免疫系统疾病的治疗等方面亦发挥着积极作用。文中就低温对创伤患者生理功能的影响作一综述,为临床治疗提供依据。Hypothermia, acidosis and coagulopathy syndrome are regarded as a ＂lethal triad＂ in trauma patients. Hypother- mia generally occurs in severe trauma and increases the mortality of the patients. However, recent research has shown that hypothermia plays a positive role in the treatment of cardiac arrest, trauma and immune system diseases. This article reviews the effects of hypothermia on the physiological function of trauma patients, providing some evidence for its application in clinical treatment.
