摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用嗅觉事件相关电位(OERPs)和T&T嗅觉计在嗅觉减退评估诊断中的价值。方法通过病史采集、耳鼻喉科常规检查、鼻窦CT、嗅球及嗅束MRI检查,分析嗅觉减退患者的病程、病因,联合应用T&T嗅觉计和OERPs测试法对嗅觉减退患者的嗅觉功能进行量化评估和分析。结果在本组146例患者中,142例患者的主观识别阈及察觉阈结果和客观OERPs检查结果基本一致;但在4例患者中,观察到主观识别阈及察觉阈检查结果基本正常,而OERPs反应波形却不能引出的特殊现象。结论 OERPs作为一项客观检查,在进行嗅觉功能的评估方面具有不可忽视的重要作用。联合应用OERPs和T&T嗅觉计评估嗅觉功能对嗅觉减退的诊断更精确。Objective To explore the clinical value of combined application of olfactory event-related potentials （OERPs） and T＆T olfactometory for evaluating olfactory function. Methods The study included 146 patients presenting with olfactory disorder by medical history, physical examination, olfactory testing and medical imaging. Olfactory testing was performed using T＆T Olfactometory and OERPs. Results Accordance between olfactory psychophysical measurements and OERPs was observed in 142 patients. However, a special phenomenon was observed in 4 patients. The subjective results were basically normal including detection thresholds and differential thresholds, however, the olfactory event-related potentials were absent. Conclusions Tile measurement of OERPs might play a significant role in evaluating olfactory dysfunction. Combined application of OERPs and T＆T olfactometory may diagnose olfactory dysfunction more exactly. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol,2013 ,13 ：17-19）
