摘  要:工业大麻种子富含油脂、蛋白质、碳水化合物以及矿质元素和维生素,具有营养和保健双重功效,目前已经开发出大麻籽食品、油、蛋白粉、美容化妆品等系列保健产品。利用现代化加工工艺开发系列大麻营养食品及保健品,对改善人类营养结构、增进健康具有重大意义。This paper summarizes the nutritional characteristics and healthcare products development of hemp seeds. Hemp seeds, rich in various nutrients including 25% -35% of oil (of which 80% essential fatty acids), 20% -25% of protein and 20% ~ 30% of carbohydrates, especially the abundant minerals and vitamins, have dual efficacy for human nutrition and health care. A series of healthcare products are developed from hemp seeds, such as foods, oil, protein pow- der and cosmetics. It is of great significance for optimizing the nutrition structure and enhancing human health to take full advantage of hemp resources and develop hemp nutritious foods and heahhcare products by using the modern processing technology.
