摘 要:目的 研究姜黄素对人肝癌细胞 SMMC- 772 1生长的影响 .方法 应用 MTT方法、流式细胞术及透射电镜超微结构观察来分析姜黄素对 SMMC- 772 1细胞生长的作用及细胞周期和形态学改变 .结果 姜黄素明显抑制人肝癌细胞SMMC- 772 1细胞的生长 ,半数生长抑制剂量 ( IC5 0 )为 5 .4mg.L- 1 .流式细胞术证实 ,姜黄素能将肿瘤细胞聚集在 S期 .透射电镜超微结构观察发现姜黄素可使肿瘤细胞超微结构改变 .结论 姜黄素通过改变 SMMC- 772AIM To investigate the effect of curcumin on human hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC-7721. METHODS The effect of curcumin on the growth of SMMC-7721 cells was evaluated by MTT assay in vitro, cell cycle analysis and characteristic ultrastructural alterations. RESULTS Curcumin was effective in inhibiting the proliferation of SMMC7721 cells. The IC 50 value was found to be 5.4 mg·L -1 . Cell cycle analysis indicated that curcumin blocked cells in S phase. The inhibitory effect of curcumin was also confirmed by characteristic ultrastructural alterations. CONCLUSION Curcumin inhibits the proliferation of hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC7721 in vitro mainly by altering the cell cycle and ultrastructure.
