完善高校户籍管理方法探究——以河北农业大学为例

摘　　要：高校学生户籍管理是高校安全保卫的一项基础性工作,是高校管理工作的重要组成部分。随着我国高等教育的变革和发展,目前的高校户籍管理制度已难以适应社会变革发展的需要,为了有效地进行高校户籍制度管理,变革高校学生户籍管理方法势在必行。基于文献调查法和自身实践基础,以河北农业大学为例分析了我国高校户籍管理的现状及存在的问题,并对完善高校户籍管理的方法进行了探讨,提出了高校户籍制度管理规范化、信息化、人性化。以期能够为我国探索新的高校户籍管理制度提供一些思路。Household registration administration of college students as the basic security work of a college, is very important part in higher education management. In recent years, along with our country higher education reform and development in colleges and universities, the current house- hold registration management system has been difficult to adapt itself to the social development needs. In order to effectively carry out the household registration system reform in university management, improving the university student registration management methods is imperative. Based on the literature survey along with self practices of Agricultural University of Hebei, the present situation of China＇s colleges and universities in census register management and the exist- ing problems are analyzed, and simultaneously standardization, informatization, and humaniza- tion in the university registration system management are proposed to perfect the college resi- dence management method and provide some ideas for China to explore the new college residence management system.
