摘　　要：通过对现阶段甲乙方合同契约关系存在的原因分析,列举了现有甲乙方实际存在的主要形式,阐述了签订好后勤合同,建立规范的契约关系,仍是后勤社会化改革的重要举措,从而提出了后勤服务市场存在,甲乙方合同契约关系就必然存在的论点。Through the causal analysis of the existence of the current relation between party A and party B in uni- versity logistics, this paper enumerates the main types of existent forms of party A and party B. Moreover, it ex- pounds that to establish the standard contractual relationship by signing the logistics contract is an important measure on the socialization reform in the university logistics, and states that the existence of the logistics service market necessitates the contractual relationship between party A and party B.
