姜黄消痤临床治疗寻常性痤疮的研究

摘　　要：目的通过姜黄消痤搽剂治疗寻常性痤疮的临床研究,探求姜黄消痤搽剂的作用机理。方法选择本科近两年的病例128例,随机分成两组(治疗组、对照组),每组64例。治疗组采用姜黄消痤搽剂,对照组采用临床中常见的复方硫洗剂,按照有关标准治疗两至四周后进行评价。结果治疗组的有效率为79.69%,对照组的有效率为67.19%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论姜黄消痤搽剂治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效优于常用的复方硫洗剂。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment on acne vμLgaris. Methods 128 cases were randomly divided into two groups combined therapy group received Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment （twice a day） plus Fufangliuxiji （twice a day）. All patients were observed after treatment between 2 and 4 weeks. ResuLts After 4 weeks of the treatment, the effectiveness were better in the combined therapy group than the control groups （P〈0.05）, and no serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion Jianghuang Xiaocuo Liniment was effective and safe to ache vlaLgaris.
