摘  要:目的建立不同产地南板蓝根药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Waters Xbridge C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇(A)-水(B)为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长262 nm;流速0.8 mL/min;柱温30℃。结果检测了11个不同产地的南板蓝根药材样品,标定了5个共有峰,相似度基本在0.95以上,具有较好的相关性。结论本测定方法稳定可靠,可用于南板蓝根药材质量检测。Objective To establish the HPLC-fingerprint of Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae from various production in order to provide a reliable method for evaluating and controlling the quality of Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae. Methods Appied HPLC was column by Waters Xbridge C18 (4.6×250 mm, 5 μm) with 30℃ column temperature, mobile phase by methanol (A) - water (B) of gradient elution with 0.8 mL/ min flow. ResμLt After determined samples of Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae from eleven different production, five common peaks were pointed which similarities were all above 0.95 and showed good correlation. Conclusion The method was stable and reliable which copLd be used to evaluate and control the quality of Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae.
