利用囤船对大型打桩船桩架水面整体吊装

摘　　要：桩架是打桩船的主要部件,尺寸非常大,只能在合适的位置整体建造好,再安装到打桩船上,利用码头囤船,在囤船上建造整个桩架,再下水到指定水域,利用3艘浮吊将桩架整体翻身再吊装合拢,能有效地弥补船厂大型设施上的不足,解决了该船建造的关键技术,既提高了建造质量,也缩短了建造周期。The pile frame is the main components of the driving vessel, the size is very large ,built only in the right position as a whole, and then install to the piling on board, the use of the pier hoard ship, the construction of the entire pile frame store on board, and then water to the designated waters, three floating crane will pile frame as a whole stand up and then lifting to close, and can effectively compensate for the lack of large scale facilities of the shipyard ,to solve the key technology of the construction of the ship, both to improve the quality of construction, but also shorten the construction cycle.
