摘　　要：在调查研究的基础上,提出了建立造船项目质量管理体系的改进意见,并围绕它提出了改进造船项目管理体系、确立以项目经理为项目质量控制中心、建立项目质量管理组织体系以及实现项目质量管理信息化等实施对策。In the investigation, based on the proposed establishment of shipbuilding project quality management system improvements responsibilities, and around it an improved shipbuilding project management system, establish the project manager for the project quality control center, the establishment of project quality management organization system and the achievement of project quality management information the implementation of such measures.
