清末广西边疆地区民智低下及其成因

摘　　要：清末,广西边疆地区民智低下,主要表现为愚昧无知、安于现状、不思进取、盲从等方面。广西边疆地区民智低下的原因是多方面的,其一是封建统治者推行民族歧视政策,不重视该地区文化教育事业的发展;其二是封建统治者推行愚民弱民政策;其三是封建伦理道德的禁锢。In late Qing Dynasty, the intelligence of the people in Guangxi border areas is weak which is mainly characterized in ignorance, complacence, lazyness, blind obedience and so on. The causes of it are various. First, feudal rulers carried out a policy of ethnic discrimination, attaching no importance to the development of culture and education in this region; Second, feudal rulers carried out policies to make people ignorant and weak; Third, feudal ethics moral imprisoned people.
