摘 要:目的调查南京市0~6岁婴幼儿血清25-羟维生素D(25-OHD)水平及缺乏率,以期为临床诊断维生素D缺乏性佝偻病提供实验依据。方法 2011年3月至2012年2月本院儿科门诊就诊的0~6岁婴幼儿2812例,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测其血清25-OHD浓度。结果 2812例0~6岁婴幼儿中,血清25-OHD较为足够1083例,占38.5%;相对缺乏1332例,占47.4%;缺乏395例,占14.1%,后两者占总人数的61.5%。血清25-OHD以1~2岁组最高,0~1岁组其次,3~6岁组最低,不同年龄组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别间25-OHD水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论南京市婴幼儿25-羟维生素D缺乏率较高,其中以3~6岁幼儿25-OHD血清水平最低。Objective To investigate the levels and deficiency of 25-hydroxyvitamin D ( 25-OHD ) in children at 0-6years old in this city.Methods Serum levels of 25-OHD in 2 812cases of children at 0-6years old , detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) between Mar.2011and Feb.2012 , were statistically analyzed.Results Among 2 812cases of children 1 083 ( 38.5% ) were relative sufficient of 25-OHD , 1 332 ( 47.4% ) were relative deficient and 395 ( 14.1% ) were absolutely deficient. Levels of 25-OHD in 1-2years old group was the highest , followed by 0-1and 3-6years old group , and with statistical difference between different age groups ( P0.05 ) .There was no statistical difference between different gender groups ( P0.05 ) .Conclusion The deficiency rate of 25-OHD might be high in children , especially in children at 3-6years old.
