内蒙古二氧化碳减排的宏观经济成本估计研究

摘　　要：CO2减排将对内蒙古宏观经济成本产生影响,对其客观合理地估计具有现实意义。文章使用多目标规划模型对内蒙古CO2减排的宏观经济成本进行估计。结果显示,内蒙古2015年CO2减排的宏观经济成本为4286-7400元/吨之间,CO2减排对内蒙古宏观经济影响显著;CO2减排短期内不会明显见效,但实现CO2减排将为生态社会效益做出积极重要贡献。The macroeconomic cost would be impacted by CO2 emission abatement in Inner Mongolia. It is meaningful to estimate the cost. A multi - objective programming model was used to estimate the cost. It was shown that the macroeconomic cost of CO2 emission abate- ment in Inner Mongolia in year 2015 is approximately between 4286 and 7400 RMB/t,which was very notable. CO2 emissions abatement would not be significantly effective in the short term. But the execution of CO2 emission abatement would actively benefit the society and the ecological environment.
