摘 要:设计合成了一种可溶性聚酰亚胺(SPI),考察了其溶解性能和紫外阻隔性能.将SPI涂覆于聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维表面,并对纤维的力学性能及抗紫外老化性能进行分析,考察了其拉伸强度和特性黏度在紫外老化过程中的变化.研究结果表明,涂覆SPI后PBO纤维力学性能提高,抗紫外老化性能得到明显改善.A soluble polyimide (SPI) was designed and synthesized, and its solubility and ultraviolet shielding property were studied. After coated with SPI, poly (p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fibers were investigated on their mechanical and anti-ultraviolet aging properties, in which the variations of elongation intensity and the intrinsic viscosity were examined. The research results showed that the PBO fibers coated with SPI possessed better mechanical properties, and the anti-ultraviolet abilities of it was remarkably improved.
