摘 要:为了研究紫外线纤维织物缝口强度的影响,利用正交试验,对具有抗紫外线功能的涤棉混纺平纹布与常规涤纶斜纹布和涤棉混纺平纹布的缝口强度进行测试,并用线性回归对数据进行拟合,分析各因素及抗紫外屏蔽剂对缝口强度的影响.结果表明:添加了抗紫外线屏蔽剂后,织物的缝口强度下降;织物中的纱线强度越高,组织结构越紧密,其缝口强度的基础值越大;缝口强度受缝迹密度的影响最大,且随着缝迹密度的增加而增大;缝口强度随着缝针针号的增大而减小;缝口强度随着缝份宽度的增加而增强,但受缝份宽度增加影响的幅度逐渐减小.The seam strength of ultravioresistant polyester-cotton plain weave fabric, common polyester twill and polyester-cotton plain weave fabric were tested by using the orthogonal analysis experiment for studying the effect upon the seam strength of the ultravioresistant fabric which was presesed by the ultraviolet screener. The influence of various factors and ultraviolet screener on the seam strength were analyzed through fitting the data obtained from the experiment. The results showed that: the fabric seam strength decreased after adding the ultraviolet screener; the higher yarn strength in the fabric and the more sophisticated the organizational structure were, the greater the seam strength of the underlying value was;the seam strength were impacted to the maximum extent by the stitch density, and increased with the stitch density; seam strength decreased with the number of stitches needle increasing; the seam strength increases with the seam width, but the influence extent gradually reduced.
