脂环族环氧丙烯酸单酯的双重固化研究

摘　　要：以脂环族环氧树脂E711和丙烯酸为原料,控制不同的酯化度合成了一系列可以双重固化(光固化和热固化)的脂环族环氧丙烯酸单酯,比较了不同因素对光固化、热固化以及双重固化的影响,结果表明:双重固化体系最佳条件为紫外曝光5 s,再110℃热固化1.5 h,固化膜凝胶含量高达94.8%。同时双重固化膜的附着力提高到0级、漆膜硬度为3H、体积收缩率仅为1.1%,双重固化膜的剪切强度和弹性模量分别增加到11.6 MPa、32.3 MPa,但断裂伸长率降低为5.3%。A series of alicylic epoxy single acrylates, which can be dual-cured including UV cured and thermal cured, were synthesized by controlling degrees of esteration with cycloaliphatic epoxy resin （E711） and acrylic acid as raw materials. The effects on UV curing, thermal curing and dual curing were investigated. The results showed that dual curing was optimally achieved by ultraviolet exposure for 5 s before heat curing at 110 ℃ for 1.5 h. The gel fraction of the cured film was up to 94.8%, its adhesive force increased to level 0, the hardness The shear strength and elastic modulus of the fi while its elongation-at-break decreased to 5.3 was 3 H and the volume shrinkage was only 1.1G. m increased to 11.6 MPa and 32.3 MPa respectively,while its elongation-at-break decreased to 5.3 %.
