高效液相色谱法同时检测化妆品中7种禁用着色剂

摘　　要：建立了化妆品中7种禁用着色剂的反相高效液相色谱检测方法。试样经乙腈提取后,采用Luna C18(150 mm×2 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈和4%乙酸铵水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,于530 nm波长下紫外检测。7种着色剂的检测低限范围为0.1～0.6μg/mL,回收率为86.67%～98.67%,相对标准偏差为4.11%～7.25%。该方法灵敏度高,可用于化妆品中禁用着色剂检测。A method to detect 7 forbidden colorants in cosmetics by high performance liquid chroma-tography was carried out. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, isolated by a Luna C18 liquid chromatographic column（150 mm× 2 mm, 5μm） with acetonitrile 4 % CH3 COONH4 as mobile phase and detected at 530 nm by Ultraviolet-Vis detector. The results indicated that the lowest limit of de-tection（LOD） were 0. 1 -0. 6 mg/L for 7 forbidden colorants, the average recoveries ranged from 86.67%-98. 67% and the relative standard deviation（RSD）were 4. 11%-7. 25%. This method is highly sensitive for detecting forbidden colorants.
