摘  要:介绍了短周期高压力试验状态下的气体流量测量方法。对不同方案进行对比,选取最优方案,并在中国燃气涡轮研究院自行设计的火药模拟冷吹试验台上进行验证。冷吹和真实火药热吹试验表明,根据冷吹测得空气流量换算得到热吹试验需用火药量,可降低火药超量带来的超转等风险。同时也验证了短周期高压力试验下气体流量测量的可行性,为火药起动喷嘴设计提供重要技术支持。The gas flux measurement under short period and high pressure experiment was introduced, and different test methods were compared to choose the best for experiment. The experiment was made on the powder simulation cold-blowing test-bed designed by CGTE. The results of cold-blowing and powder hot-blowing experiments show that the quantity of powder used in the hot-blowing experiment can be calcu- lated by the air flux used in the cold-blowing experiment to avoid the risk, such as the rotor overspeed, caused by too much powder. It also proved the test of gas flux measurement under short period and high pressure was available that will be an important technical support for powder start nozzle.
