摘 要:简要介绍了气波机的结构、特点、设计参数及气波机空气降温系统;着重研究了气波机在航空发动机高空模拟试验中的应用,针对气波机运行调试过程中出现的典型故障进行分析并提出解决方案。初步掌握了气波机的性能,为试验进气温度调节提供经验。采用变频启动,可降低损耗、增强启动可靠性;在启动电机的电源线上增加制动电阻,可削弱反向电势的影响,避免运转过程中频繁停机。试验证明,气波机在航空发动机高空试验的应用是成功的。Gas wave refrigerator is an essential part for the cooling system of small altitude simulation test facility. This paper includes brief introduction of development of gas wave refrigerator, the structure, charac- teristics and designed parameters of gas wave refrigerator installed at small altitude simulation test facility. Special attention has been given to the adjustment process of the gas wave refrigerator. Typical malfunction during the testing process is listed and solutions are proposed based on analysis. In addition, the testing per- formance of refrigerator is discussed specially. Experience of the operation is summarized and suggestions relating to the application of it are provided. Variable frequency starting is adopted to reduce the loss and strengthen the reliability. Braking resistor is added to the power circuit to weaken the influence of reverse potential to avoid the frequent shut-down during the operation. The test results show that the application of gas wave refrigerator to simulated ahitude test is successful.
