摘 要:阐述了CO2在自然界骤增的原因、累积存量、存在现状以及因之而架构的政府间合作,分析了国内外的技术应用现状,着重分析了对其应用技术的开发现状以及最新技术研究成果。从有效资源化利用这一角度提出破坏CO2化学结构、单质化碳和氧以及把CO2当作主要碳氧物质源,以减少煤炭采掘和植被破坏,并将其视为用之不尽的碳氧资源库,进行资源化利用的建议和思路。This paper elaborates the cause ofreason for CO2 rapid increasing in nature, accumulating capacity, existing status and corresponding intergovemmental cooperation based on current state. This paperIn addition, it focuses onhas analyzing analyzed the existing status of technical applications in both China and abroad. Furthermore, the author laid stress on special on analyzing the current status of technical development and corresponding "state of the art" technologies" based on frontier researchthe latest research results. In the purpose of recycling resources efficiently, it is essential to propose a new viewpoint that breaking down the chemical structure of CO2, decomposing it as simplifying carbon and oxygen. In this way, it is possible to convert CO2 into coal resources and oxygen resources, thereby reducing coal mining and vegetation destructions. Thus, the capacity of CO2 can be considered as the inexhaustible source of carbon and oxygen, which is also emerged as a new idea of resource recycling.
