摘　　要：目的对以腹痛为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）患者临床表现进行统计分析，为及时诊断、及时治疗、改善预后提供临床依据。方法对2009年～2012年272例符合诊断标准的SLE患者进行分析，发现11例患者以腹痛为首发表现，对这11例患者年龄、性别、病程、伴随症状、肠外表现、腹痛病因诊断、治疗方案、预后等方面进行统计分析。结果患者年龄、性别、病程、伴随症状、肠外表现、腹痛病因诊断、治疗方案、预后方面有相应临床特点。结论对于腹痛用一般的消化道疾病不能解释时，或胃肠症状反复发作、迁延或合并有多脏器功能损害时要高度警惕SLE的存在。Objective To stactistically analyze the clinical presentations of patients with abdominal pain as the first symptom in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods Two hundred and seventy - two patients with SLE in this hospital from 2009 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. 11 patients with SLE presented to the abdominal pain as the first symptom. Clinical data including ： patient age, gender, course, associated symptoms, extraintestinal manifesta- tions,cause of abdominal pain, treatment program and prognosis were analyzed. Results We found patients with SLE presented to the abdominal pain as the first symptom had different features. Conclusion Abdominal pain that can not be explained with gastrointestinal disease in general, or gastrointestinal symptoms recurrent episodes, persistent or merge multiple organ dysfunction to be highly vigilant in the presence of SLE.
