超纯PFA衬里及其在电子化学品领域中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了可熔性聚四氟乙烯(PFA)的特性,说明了PFA材料的耐腐蚀性能、金属离子析出水平、加工性能;对超纯PFA与普通PFA材料进行了比较,叙述了钢制设备的超纯PFA衬里结构及制造流程。介绍了常见的电子化学品,以及超纯PFA衬里在电子化学品中的应用情况。认为随着消费电子领域日趋繁荣及全球IC产业逐步转向中国大陆,对电子化学品的需求也越来越大,超纯PFA衬里的市场将迎来良好的发展时期。This paper introduced the meltability teflon(PFA) characteristics;illustrated the corrosion resistance,metal ion precipitation level,processing performance of PFA material;compared the ultra pure PFA and ordinary PFA materials;described the ultra pure PFA lining structure and manufacturing process of steel equipment;introduced the common electronic chemicals,and application situation of ultra pure PFA lining in the field.It is considered that along with the blooming of consumer electronics field and the global IC industry gradually turned to China's Mainland,the demand of electronic chemicals will grow,so the ultra pure PFA lining market will have a good development period.
