摘  要:以工业甲乙酮、液氨和氢气为原料,采用一种新型复合钴镍催化剂催化合成一仲丁胺,实验确定了适宜的合成工艺参数。结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为空速0.36 h-1,反应温度150℃,NH3与甲乙酮摩尔比5:1,在此条件下,甲乙酮转化率可以达到99%以上,一仲丁胺的选择性达到95%左右,具有较强的工业实用性。Industrial methyl ethyl ketone,liquid ammonia and hydrogen were used as raw materials,a novel composite cobalt nickel catalyst was adopted for the synthesis of mono-sec-butylamine,the suitable process parameters were determined by experiment,the optimal conditions were:space velocity was 0.36 h-1,the reaction temperature was 150 ℃,the molar ratio of ammonia to ketone was 5:1,the methyl ethyl ketone conversion could reach more than 99%,and the mono-sec-butylamine selectivity could reach about 95% in the condition,which had strong industrial practicability.
