摘　　要：2012年9月7-9日,印度外长访问巴基斯坦,印巴外长会晤,双方回顾总结了孟买袭击案后第二轮全面对话新成果。较前两次外长会晤,本次会晤取得新的进展。除新签协定等成果性进展外,双方也在程序性安排上达成众多共识,值得欢迎。印巴关系新态势是在大国际战略调整、印巴国内出现新情况的背景下进行的。印巴关系近期走向取决于四大看点,值得关注。Indian and Pakistani Foreign Ministers held meeting in September 2012,reviewing the new results of the second round composite dialogue in the wake of the Mumbai attack.Compared to the previous foreign ministerial meetings,this parley made fresh progress.Apart from the signed agreements,two sides reached a consensus on procedural arrangements.The new momentum of Indo-Pak relations should be seen in the context of diplomatic policy adjustments and domestic occurrences in both India and Pakistan.
