可折式加压螺纹钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折10例报告

摘　　要：目的 :为探讨中青年股骨颈骨折手术治疗的方法。方法 :对本组 10例闭合性股骨颈骨折患者采用了股骨干近端和转子部外侧入路的手术方法 ,切开复位 ,用三根可折式加压螺纹钉内固定。三根螺纹钉均匀地呈三角形分布于股骨颈和头内 ,增加骨折的稳定性。结果 :本组患者随访 6个月～ 4a,平均愈合时间为 5 .1个月 ,无骨不连 ,未见股骨头缺血性坏死。髋关节功能恢复优良率达 90 %。结论 :本方法使股骨颈骨折达解剖复位 ,加压固定 ,有利于骨折愈合 ,减少了并发症。Objective To explore an operatioe method for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the middle aged and young.Method On 10 cases of closed femoral neck fracture,an operation method was applied with entrance from proximal end of femoral shaft and lateral side of trochanter.After incision and reduction,internal fixation was made with three folding pressurized threading nails,which were evenly distributed inside femoral neck and head in the shape of a triangle in order to increase the stability of fractured bone.Results A follow up study for 6 months-4 years on patients in this group showed an average healing time of 5 1 months.There was no disconnection of bone and no ischemia necrosis of femoral head.A excellent rate of functional recovery of hip joint amounted to 90%.Conclusion With this method,femoral neck fracture can be anatomically reduced.Pressurized fixation is advantageous to healing of fracture and to lessen the complications,suitable for the treatment of femoral neck fracture.
