摘  要:采用水培法在低磷胁迫下对3个黍子品种(榆黍1号、晋黍2号及一点红)的生物量、磷营养特征及根系生理生态效应进行了研究。结果表明:在低磷胁迫下,磷吸收效率是决定耐低磷特性的主要变异来源,耐低磷品种榆黍1号和磷中间型品种晋黍2号植株相对吸磷量均显著高于磷敏感型品种一点红。不同黍子品种在低磷胁迫下,其叶绿素含量、根系活力以及酸性磷酸酶活性等参数表现出基因型差异。叶绿素含量下降、根系活力上升及酸性磷酸酶大幅度提高是黍子对低磷胁迫的生理适应性特征,也是植株在低磷胁迫下较为敏感的生理指标。其中榆黍1号的耐低磷能力明显高于另外2个品种。The three varieties(Yushu NO.1,Jinshu NO.2,Yidianhong) were used to study the biomass,nutritional characteristics of phosphorus,and root physi-ecological responses of broomcorn millet(Panicum miliaceum L.) to phosphorus deficiency by hydroponics.The increase of phosphorus uptake efficiency was the main contributor to low phosphorus tolerance,and the relative phosphorus contents in Yushu NO.1(low phosphorus-tolerant) and Jinshu NO.2(intermediate low phosphorus-tolerant) were higher than that in Yidianhong(low phosphorus-sensitive type).The different genotypes could be characterized by chlorophyll content,root activity and acid phosphatase activity.Reduced chlorophyll content,increased root activity and acid phosphatase activity were the sensitive physiological indexes responding to low phosphorus stress.At seedling stage,Yushu NO.1 were more tolerant to low phosphorus.The phosphorus deficiency reduced shoot dry mass accumulation which led to enhanced root shoot ratio.
