摘  要:通过引入发热量修正系数获得复合式干选机新的评价指标,该评价指标能够准确评价复合式干选机的分选性能。利用FGX-1型复合式干选机对50~0 mm混合粒级的原煤进行分选试验,结果表明:当原煤外水含量≤6%,矸石含量<30%,床面振幅为6~8 mm,振动频率为60~70 Hz时,评价指标K'值较大,分选效果较好。A new evaluation index of compound dry separator is obtained by introducing a revising index of calorific value, which can evaluate correctly the separation performance of compound dry separators. Separation tests of raw coal with 50 -0 mm size fraction by FGX - 1 compound dry separator were done. Results show that the separation effect is relatively good and the values are relatively great when the exte- rior water content of coal is smaller than 6% , the gangue content is less than 30% , the bed amplitude is between 6 -8 mm and the vibration frequency is in the range of 60 -70 Hz.
