摘 要:利用热重-红外联用仪对城市污泥、神华煤水煤浆及污泥水煤浆的气化特性进行了分析,考察了污泥对神华煤水煤浆气化特性的影响。结果表明:污泥和神华煤基础性质不同,气化过程中两者总失重率、失重速率和气化起始温度存在明显差异;污泥反应后的气体产物中含有少量的烃类物质,且污泥产生CO的初始温度和含量均低于神华煤水煤浆;污泥水煤浆的气化起始温度因污泥的掺入降低约30℃,随着污泥掺混比例的提高,污泥水煤浆的气化起始温度逐渐降低,反应完成所需的时间逐渐减少,反应特性指数Rs逐渐增大。通过对污泥碱性指数B的计算,可以看出污泥的"碱性指数"B>1,说明污泥对污泥水煤浆气化具有促进作用。The gasification characteristics of Shenhua coal, sewage sludge and coal - sludge slurries (CSS) were investigated in this study. The results showed that the basic properties and gasification char- acteristics of Shenhua coal and sewage sludge were different. It showed an obvious difference on total weight loss rate, mass loss rates and gasification initial temperature. Compared to the Shenhua coal, the gases after reaction of sludge contained a small amount of hydrocarbon, and the carbon monoxide level was lower. B as alkali index and Rs as gasification reaction index of CSS were analyzed to find out that the alkali index B of sewage sludge was above 1, sewage sludge could benefit CSS gasification.
