摘  要:以呼伦贝尔褐煤为研究对象,陶粒为固体热载体,考察了固定床快速热解过程中温度、颗粒尺寸、反应时间等因素对煤热解产物产率和组成的影响,目的在于能够获得最多轻质油品的热解条件.结果表明,热解时间对气体产品的组成、焦油产率影响不明显.煤粒径对焦油产率影响显著.在热解温度550℃、煤粒径为1.10~1.18mm下,热解30min,焦油收率最高,达到6.2%,与慢速热解相比提高了19.2%,其中正己烷可溶物达77.1%.Fast pyrolysis at low-temperature is one of the main ways to obtain light oils and high-value chemicals from low rank coal.To find out the optimum conditions for obtaining liquid products-oils as much as possible will be the aim in this article.The fixed bed reactor and the solid hear carrier fast pyrolysis technology are chosen.Ceramsite is used as the solid heat carrier.The effects of temperature,coal particle size and reaction time on the pyrolysis of Hulunbeier lignite are investigated.The effects of pyrolysis time on the tar yield is not obvious;550 ℃ is the optimal temperature for acquiring the maximum tar yield.When the lignite particle diameter is located in the range of 1.10-1.18 mm the tar yield could reach 6.2% in 30 min.Compared with the slow pyrolysis,the tar yield increased by 19.2%.By the analysis of gel permeation chromatogram,hexane-soluble components are occupied 77.1% in tar obtained.
